We’re proud to announce that Ms Nadzratul Insyirah Binti Muhammad Nazomi, a Form 5 student of Sekolah Seri Puteri has bagged The Best Presentation Award in the 3rd International UNESCO Model: Ethics of the use of Artificial Intelligence in Education at the United Nations Office, Almaty, Kazakhstan on the 13th August 2024.
This event was funded and organised by UNESCO Kazakhstan. Delegates from 56 countries came together to present issues pertaining to AI in their respective countries and proposed strategies on how AI usage did not widen the digital gap in this prestigious event. Frameworks and blueprints had been presented after which votings were conducted and resolutions drafted.
Besides their academic discourse, delegates also enjoyed their meaningful journey at Almaty in excursions to Shymbulak, the First President Park, the Central Museum of Kazakhstan and the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen Park.
Preparation for the conference was conducted months earlier and this project was supervised by Dr. Adzuhaidah M.Taha, the teacher who accompanied Nadzratul Insyirah to Almaty.
